Refund Policy

School Tuition & Enrollment
All tuition, enrollment, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined in the student enrollment agreement and will be reviewed in detail prior to signing the contract. Please refer to your enrollment agreement for complete refund and cancellation policies.

 

Products & Retail Purchases
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a monetary refund but may qualify for school/store credit.

 

Proof of purchase may be required. All returns and credits are subject to approval by The Beauty Backbar Academy.
